SHIPPING TERMS
These shipping terms apply to all orders and deliveries made through the Days by Dahlia online store. The customer is bound by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the order, which the customer should review carefully before placing an order. Days by Dahlia reserves the right to make changes to these terms.

Products and Prices
Essential information regarding the main characteristics of the products presented in our online store is provided on each product's individual page. We strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information possible.
All prices stated in the online store include VAT. The total price, including taxes and any other fees, is clearly visible in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed. Possible shipping costs are added to the total amount and are clearly detailed before payment. Shipping costs are affected by the weight and volume of the order. Our shipping costs in Finland start from 5.90 euros. Shipping costs to the rest of the EU start from 14.90 euros.
Ordering
You will receive an order confirmation via email to the address you provided. The confirmation will list the products ordered and their prices. Days by Dahlia reserves the right to cancel an order or deliver it partially if stock or technical errors occur.
Delivery
We offer several delivery methods, which are presented during the ordering process. You can choose the most suitable option for you.
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided according to your chosen delivery method. During exceptional circumstances, such as sales, delivery times may be longer. we always strive to communicate prolonged delivery times clearly.
Responsibility for the product transfers to you once you have received the delivery. If the package is damaged during transport, we request that you report it immediately to the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for products purchased from the online store. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the contract by email at:

After cancellation, you must return the products to us without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The product must be unopened and in substantially the same condition as it was upon receipt.
The consumer is responsible for the return costs. We will cover return costs automatically only in the case of an approved reclamation (claim). We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued directly to your original payment method after the return has been received and processed.
Uncollected Shipments
Starting from October 1, 2025, Posti will store packages at their pick-up points or lockers for 5 days after arrival. Matkahuolto and Postnord store packages in their lockers for 7 days. An arrival notification is sent via email and/or SMS. If the package is not collected within this time, it will be returned to the sender.
A handling fee of 10 euros will be charged for re-shipping an uncollected package or for canceling the transaction. An uncollected shipment does not constitute a legal return under the Consumer Protection Act.
Payment Methods
Payment terms depend on your chosen payment method. We accept Online Banking as well as Debit and Credit cards.
Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediation service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is an authorized payment institution.

Klarna Payment Methods In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB, we offer the following payment methods where the payment is made directly to Klarna:

Invoice: Payment term is 14 days from the shipment of the products.

Flexible Financing (Installments): You can pay for your purchase in flexible monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum 5.00 EUR).

Reclamations (Claims)
Every shipment is inspected before it is sent. If you have noticed a defect in a product or have other remarks regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email: contactus@daysbydahlia.com.
We strive to process claims as quickly as possible to find a satisfactory solution. Days by Dahlia will pay for the shipping costs of an approved reclamation. If the claim is not approved or if you are using your standard right of return, you must pay for the return shipping costs yourself.
Other Terms
The processing of your data is subject to our separate Privacy Policy. All content on our website, including images and text, is the property of Heron Beauty Labs Oy or we have been granted the right to use it. Unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited. These shipping terms are governed by Finnish law.
