Right of cancellation
Order Cancellation and Right of Return:
You can easily cancel your order in three ways:
Via your customer account: Log in to your customer account and cancel the order.
Without logging in: You can cancel your order on the View your order page, which you can access directly via the button in your order confirmation. On this page, you can also see the delivery status of your order.
- Using the cancellation form. Use the cancellation form below to cancel your order.
If the order has not yet been shipped: The order will be cancelled immediately, and you will not incur any costs.
If the order is already being processed or has been delivered: You have a 14-day right of cancellation in accordance with consumer protection law. You can notify us of the cancellation using the methods mentioned above (e.g., via the View my order page). As the order has already been dispatched for delivery, you must return the received products to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred from the return in accordance with our delivery terms.
